Base: Multiple 4 + 1 number of chains

Row 1: 3 ch, dc in 6 ch from hook, 3 ch, 1 dc (in same stitch of previous dc). *skip 3 ch, dc in next ch, 3 ch, 1 dc(in same stitch of previous dc). Repeat from * until end of row. At the end of row: skip 1 ch, 1dc in last ch. Row 2: 1 ch, * in next arch (2 sc, 3 ch, 2 sc). Repeat from * until end of row: sc in last st.

Row 2: 1 ch, * in next arch (2 sc, 3 ch, 2 sc). Repeat from * until end of row: sc in last st.

Row 3: 3 ch, *in the little group of 3 ch in the middle of next arch: (1 dc, 3 ch, 1 dc). Repeat from * until end of row. At the end: 1 dc in last st.

Repeat from row 2.
