With yarn color #1:
ch 223
Row 1: Ch3 ( in place of first dc), dc in each chain across, turn.
With yarn color # 2:
Row 3: ch 5, *skip 2 stitches of previous row, 1 dc on the next dc of previous row (see diagram A). Repeat from * until end of row.
With yarn color # 3
Row 4: ch 3 (in place of first dc), * skip 2 ch of previous row, (2dc, ch 1, 2 dc) crocheted in the same stitch of previous row (in next dc), skip 2 ch of previous row, 1dc (in the next dc of previous row). Repeat from * until end of row.
With yarn color # 1
Row 5: ch 3, *Ch2, skip 2 stitches of previous row, 1 dc on next st of previous row. Repeat from * until end of row (see diagram A). Repeat from * until end of row. Crochet the last dc of row in the third ch of ch3 crocheted at the beginning of this row

CUPS

Make two pieces as follow starting from center of the piece you crocheted in the first step:
Use a different color of yarn for each row
Row 1: 51 sc, turn
Row 2: Ch 3 (in place of first dc), 24 dc, 2 dc crocheted together, 25 dc, turn.
Row 3-11: Ch3 (in place of first dc), dc in each dc across until 2 sts before cluster of 2dc from previous row, 2 dc crocheted together (skip the st of the cluster from previous row, this st will be in the middle of the new cluster), dc in each dc across until end of row. (you must get 2 less stitches in each row)

Row 12-18: Ch 3 (in place of first dc), first 2 dc crocheted together (to decrease one dc), dc in each dc across until 2 sts before cluster of 2dc from previous row, 2 dc crocheted together (skip the st of the cluster from previous row, this st will be in the middle of the new cluster), dc in each dc across until end of row, at the end of row: last 2 dc crocheted together (to decrease another dc). (you must get 4 less sts in each row).
You must have only 4 stitches at the end of row 19.
Row 20-60: Ch 3 ( in place of first dc), dc in each dc accros, turn.
For medium size Row 1: 61 sc, turn
Row 2: Ch 3 (in place of first dc), 29 dc, 2 dc crocheted together, 30 dc, turn.
Row 3-16: Ch3 (in place of first dc), dc in each dc across until 2 sts before cluster of 2dc from previous row, 2 dc crocheted together (skip the st of the cluster from previous row, this st will be in the middle of the new cluster), dc in each dc across until end of row. (you must get 2 less stitches in each row)
Row 17-23: Ch 3 (in place of first dc), first 2 dc crocheted together (to decrease one dc), dc in each dc across until 2 sts before cluster of 2dc from previous row, 2 dc crocheted together (skip the st of the cluster from previous row, this st will be in the middle of the new cluster), dc in each dc across until end of row, at the end of row: last 2 dc crocheted together (to decrease another dc). Row 3-21: Ch3 (in place of first dc), dc in each dc across until 2 sts before cluster of 2dc from previous row, 2 dc crocheted together (skip the st of the cluster from previous row, this st will be in the middle of the new cluster), dc in each dc across until end of row. (you must get 2 less stitches in each row)
Row 22-28: Ch 3 (in place of first dc), first 2 dc crocheted together (to decrease one dc), dc in each dc across until 2 sts before cluster of 2dc from previous row, 2 dc crocheted together (skip the st of the cluster from previous row, this st will be in the middle of the new cluster), dc in each dc across until end of row, at the end of row: last 2 dc crocheted together (to decrease another dc). Row 29-70: Ch 3 ( in place of first dc), dc in each dc accros, turn.
FINISHING:
• Using color # 1 make a row along the entire piece as follow: ch, *skip 2 stitches, 5 dc in the same st skip 2 stitches of previous row, 1 sc. Cover all the red area showed in diagram C.
